Simulation Technical Office

In our technical office we develop and design the gates and vacuum systems for our moulds:

• Through the experience of our technicians, we develop the gates, channels and vents to be applied to the mould by collaborating with the customer's specifications.
• We launch the 1st simulation which is then analyzed and modified based on the results to then be able to launch the second simulation which will be the one that will then be applied in the mould.
• We update the 3D and 2D mould project to be used for the construction with the most suitable gate for the die-casting process.
